televison video, embedding a video with graphics around it |

ok i've seen a few profiles where the person has a video on there page but the video is made to look like a televison
or some type of graphic are around hiding the original layout...does anybody know how to do this and can tell me how i would really really really appreciate it

The "graphic on top to the original layout" could be a DIV Overlay.
