yeah, I like simple. I can't seem to put the "professional" look into it though -_-. Maybe once it's done coded... i dunno.

What do you mean it does not have the professional look?
The textures and the bg look very nice, and flow smoothly. I like colorization on boa, and it adds a nice touch. The layout seems very clean, and organized, without looking boring. I like it  Edit// Oh yeah. I forgot to mention this. The only bad thing I find with using textures and patterns for the repeat-y property, is that on larger screen resolutions, there is always some sort of blank area on the sides. You can try as best as you can to use a color similar to the bg, but, it will always look a bit off. |

that's why you should use 1024x768 -_- hahah kidding.
thanks. i'll probably jsut put a line to the far right then, so it wouldn't look too weird. |

Hey. Thats the reason why I got a 1440x800 screen. To see and dig out problems with layouts
  But, really, the blank part isn't too bad. Oh btw. Have you submitted any layouts yet?

I think what will make this layout is the type of coding you provide for the content. The banner looks great, like I already stated, but make the content look AWESOME!!

Lower the left colour blotch's opacity a bit? Something about it bugs me, and I think its 'cause that part is too light.

yeah, same, i think it enhances the image, but its soo bright to be that it's like the focal point of the image. @_@ I stare at it before I stare at boa. lol.

The image is great, I am such a fan of your blending
 I honestly don't like the background, nor the white box though... I d k, the colors don't seem right to me. Maybe it will look better once it's coded. |
