It's good that you want to eat breakfast. Breakfast is vital for your body, both your mind and your metabolism. I do my own grocery shopping... it's usually easier that way because I think that I'm the only person in this house who eats fruits and veggies. I'm assuming that you don't drive, but is there any place close to you that you could go and grab some food?

I'd go with cereal. Easy enough with no real cooking involved.

L2cook, read a book, do a report, get a buck.
If you're still hungry after 3 bowls of frosted flakes, then you might be a little too big. Lack of food could do you some good. Also if you get accustomed to eating less and less, then your body doesn't expect as much and less food will give you the energy you need. |
