A brief introduction.

My name, Rebekah Michell and I am 16 years old.

I will be a Junior in High School and I plan on majoring in Graphic/Web design and a second major or minor in Photography.

I've been a graphics designer and web designer for a good five years now, my main focus on the graphics portion rather than the web design, but they tend to balance out evenly enough.

So yes, however young I may seem, I am very keen for my years. I have a few catches that get me here and there. Quirks if you please, but we all do dont we?

Pet peeves. Ahh, these things drive me crazy. But yes, a few things I cant help but hate include the following:

Mouth Noises- Chewing, Tongue Clicking, Gum, ect.

Nail Biting- Gross over all.

Anything Less than perfect on my part- An OCD of mine. Everything has to be particularly placed or done when I do something.

Procrastinating- Self explanatory

Running Late- Self explanatory

Spelling, Grammar, and Punctuation- IM and Text lingo drives me bizerk. You have english class, so pay attention.


And I suppose the list could continue. But I'll not draw your attention away from the main focus of the introduction.

I've visited cB for a while now, over a year, and I havnt found the time to join with my hectic schedule, but apparently I've found a lapse in time. This so called schedule consists mainly of the All-Star and High School cheer squads I'm on as well as my years in Gymnastics. I am very athletic and very competitive.

I do have an opinion and I am sure to entitle my right to it. However outspoken I may seem, I do respect others as I expect from them. I do have high standards in people, expectations if you please, but once you know me you'll find that I'm overly extactic and a generally crazy person.

Eh, what can a girl do. I get carried away, like I said. I'm a writer.I bid you my adieu for the time being.

Mmhm, I've read so much I'm forgetting which I read.

I'm working on getting the contents of a layout site I plan on opening for myself up. I've been helping a few friends with their sites but yet I've been slowly working on the contents for my own site but my schedule dosnt allow much time for it with competition coming up on Friday.

As for the early or late posting, whichever you call it. I haven't been able to sleep lately. But thats alright. Its the weekend so its all good.

Hmm yes. I have found a great joy in music.
I listen to music everywhere. Mainly rock not the heavy metal stuff usually. No country or rap.
Ridiculous in my eyes really. I can handle country, some of it anyways, but the hangy twangy stuff drives me bonkers.

I play the flute and piccolo a little oboe and claranet, I've started on the guitar but its not going very far. I sing too. Since elementary school. A lead roll in every musical the schools I've been at has had. That was until High School started. Then cheer kicked in hard core and school work became a priority.

But yea.
Thats about all I have time for, other than eating sleeping and breathing.

My original CPU is fried. It crashed before school let out in May with all my graphic stuff on it. I lost my PSP 9 cd so I'm stuck with photoshop 7. Ick. But it gets the job done, however unfamiliar I am to it compared to PSP 9. I lost all my music too. Which pissed me off. But thats life I suppose.

College. Uggh. Two years, scary.
Umm I've been looking at Arizona, their campus in Tucson. They have a good Journalism and music program there that I would enjoy, their Graphic design section is alright. I'm still vague. That, MU, or a few others. This year, I'm actually starting to look for scholarships and all that jazzy stuff.

But yea, if you have any recommendations, I'd love to hear from you.
