Is it possible to have a popup rollover that, when an image is rolled over with the mouse, it displays a popup with an image and a clickable link included?

I've never heard of this before, but you can look through this and see if you find what you're looking for or someting similar.

when you say popup, you mean a new window? and in that new window is a link?
