proposal

0 createblog>Resource Center>tutorial>mystialazxn
user are not allow to make a new topic under tutorial unless they submitted 10 tutorials to cb.

1 there should be a new title
"tutorial master" or "cb pro" something to that extend if you make 10 tutorials.

2 If that person submit more than 10 tutorials he or she can get her own name under tutorial sub.

I can name 5 reasons why we should do this

1 This way the person that make the tutorial can help the reader one on one. This will make cb a more interactive forum wise.

2 tutorial under cb navigation menu is usualy use by no cb user. If we have this they will most likely will join cb for help. we can get more member

3 make our cb user want to contribute more to cb. To get their name recognize.

4 show that in the forum we have people that know what they talk about not amature.

5 improve cb design overall

i got 2 tutorial here

http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=180945

i propsal another title. official critic. Judge show booth. rquirement. must h ave a good sense of judgement. Have no power in the forum waht so ever except criticize.

I think having a member having his/her own subforum is a bit much. Can the submission of 10 quality tutorials be considered for the Official Designer title?

How can CB's overall design be improved by having more and more subforums?

I agree with Mona. Personally adding more subforums is pointless especially if they member takes a break from cB. Then what? We have a empty subforum of people asking questions. What if we have 20 people with more than 10? 20 subforums? No way. And another thing.. I don't see them getting real active at all anyway. pinch.gif

I do think, Like Mona said, the official designer title can come into play though.

Like Mona has already said, I like the idea of adding that to the official designer member group.

From my angle, it looks like you're proposing new member groups.

The system that we currently have for the tutorials is efficent
.

Kristina is known by a lot of cb members for her banneresque and iconesque coloring tutorials..

It does seem like all you're proposing is new titles. And our system works. And Haha, yeah. I'm pretty sure people only know of me because of those tutorials.

My response to your, original topic creators, 5 reasons why we should do this:

- I'm interactive with those who need help from my tutorials. You have no idea how many AIM conversations and even PM convo's I've had with people helping them

- I still don't get what you're saying

- I don't want my name recognized. But I do want to contribute more. I make stuff for the sole purpose of turning it into a tutorial.

- Immature? Haha. Those people will always exist. But we do need tutorials written by people who do know what they're talking about

- Honey, say what?

because finding 10 tutorials on google and then putting them in your own words to submit here isn't easy at all.

hi,

i think in the long run id like to wikify the tutorials section. im not too sure about people having their own subforums, i dont think thats the most efficient way to go about at it. since people can comment on your tutorials, i think your best bet is have your convo's there.

I have another requirement.

Be literate. I hope you dont post your tutorials in this manner, because I found it hard to read ANYTHING you just posted.
