I really don't think Brook should be on staff. She is a relatively new member and I don't think she knowns the ins and outs of the forums, let alone how to help run it.

the staff will actually discuss you and your abilities. Trust me, they'll take much more into account than just everyone knowing you.

We just enacted a rule for anyone to become an official member once that reach 3500 posts. So for some people obtaining that required post count will be easier that reaching 5 ppd, especially if they are members that went on hiatus for a long while.

Unfortunately, I cannot make any comments on the applications because I am worried that the current staff will make their decisions out of spite. Not that it matters anyway because the staff will just mod whoever they feel like, hiring process or not.

Well, most of the questions were generic, meant for everyone. But some were added in or modified if there was a concern that needed to be addressed so if a question applied specifically to you, it was to understand the applicant better.

Erm, yeah, Suzzette's not the only one, so please don't call her out and say she has a personal grudge just cause she voiced a concern with you. There doesn't have to be a personal vendetta every time one person doesn't like one little characteristic of another person.

So Steven, Michelle, Frankie, Thomas and Stephanie are definitely getting hired. I think we really need more people staff. I may have missed some names, I haven't looked at the applications.
