Weird Internet Explorer Options

Every time i get a new layout my background never loads! Or anyother pictures on my myspace homepage. Is there something that could be fixed here???? It isnt showing up on my other computer either! Whats is up with this??

Are you sure that your URL is right? Maybe it's just your code. For your background code make sure it looks like this:

I give it plenty time to load. And then i Refresh it and maybe my contact table will load. But my extended network thing which is a pic DOESNT load...or my backgound!
