i found someone who stole my icon and claimed it as hers. i don't know if she did it without knowing or not. what should i do?

I agree, try contacting the host. I'm not so sure if they'd be too receptive to the copyright claims of one person rather than a company, though.
There are a lot of idiots on the internet, unfortunately. |

Yeah, just try to contact her. See if she's direct linking it and if she is you can edit the avatar to say whatever you want and re-upload it or remove it all together. There's no harm in asking.

contacting her, for the 5th time
 anyway, i've seen so many avatars stolen and claimed over and over, its kinda' funny. theres like 1 avatar that i see on EVERY avatar site that i go on. |

i think this is a little late. but thanks for all your advice. i told one of the staff and they deleted it the graphic. thanks again you guys.
