If your parents put some software on there, you gotta ask them to turn it off :T or hack it and turn it off yourself.

Depends what's blocking it. Firewall might be, your parents might have set restrictions, several variables.

i know that there's like a website where you can go there and time in a web address but i can't remember what it's called. does anyone know?

use a proxy! at school, thats what everybody uses. but i dont know any... never wanted to get caught.

Yeah but who hasn't illegally looked at websites? I'd be lying if I said I waited til I was 18 :)
You can also often use a translator and just translate the page from say spanish to english, and since it's already in english it doesn't do anything and just shows you the site. Our school started blocking that too though -.- |
