On top of that I have to when I commit to Ramadan (self control)

You don't have to...

It's good for purity of mind, self control... also moral purity.

I'm not saying to deny sexual pleasure for the rest of your life. It just good to do it once in a while.

Sex isn't just physical... it's very mental and emotional. If you think not, then you're way too gone and no where near pure. Because your mind has already convinced you it's just an activity like a sport.
