Post dumb questions that you have asked/someone has asked you/etc.

I stole this idea from another forum, that I won't mention so I don't get in trouble.
I can't find anything wrong with this, so if it gets closed... I will be extremely upset.

I once asked my mom if Chick of the Sea was chick or tuna (I was joking), and she said "Wow. I don't know. Maybe it is chicken? I've never really thought about it..". I thought she was kidding, but she said she was being dead serious.

No one's got a problem with it, it's just kinda dumb to dwell on the fact that one of your older topics got closed because you failed to read the rules before posting. The end.

I love being around a group of people, be it on a coach bus or cabin or w/e, and going around waking people up telling them it's time to go to bed.

I also hate when I obviously get wtfpwnd snowboarding or something, and I'm just lying there bleeding or something, and they come up to me and ask if I'm ok.

Stupidest question? Too tired to think of one -.-

I work at a hotel. Imagine that I have a name tag on. It says "Ameristoops" with my name under it....

I get guests that come up to the front desk all the time like, "Is this the Extended Stay?" I'm like, "No, sir / ma'am. This is the Ameristoops." (We also have really big red & blue signs with the hotel's name on the front, back and side of the building). Oh, yeah! There's one right behind me when the guests come in. Go figure!

I work in a store too at weekends. The worst people are those that come up and blurt nouns at you.

"PENS."

'Yes? What about them?'

Then there's people that stand right outside a bank and ask where the cash-machine is. XD

I was really tired at work one day, and some guy asked me if we served fresh garlic on our garlic bread, and I never heard anyone ask that before, so I was stumped, and I asked my manager, not really thinking, but said, Do we have garlic on our garlic bread? Instead of asking if we had fresh garlic on it.

I had it stuck in my mind that sometimes people use like garlic powder instead, and I had no idea what we used... lol I got made fun of so much for that :[

LOL. I've asked that soooooooooooooo many times. I'm just too lazy to switch the house and cell phones of a contact on my cell phone.

Uhhhh, let's see. I have a friend who's last name is Chacko (I know, best last name ever, right?), and I was using my friend's cell phone to call him. Now, everyone calls him Chacko, I once completely forgot his first name. So, her phone is arranged by last name, so I was like "Hey, what's Chacko's last name?" XD.gif

today my friend and i went to some "christian" store that sold all the things like wal mart would (minus food, rap music, thong underwear...you know, the "non-christian" stuff). well, i'd never been there before and asked "is this like wal mart for christians?" it was kind of funny, but i didn't really understand the point of the store, nor why i was there. i did get to finally use the restroom there, though.

Hmmm... I can't recall being asked any dumb questions. I'm sure I have been asked some, but I just don't remember. I can think of a dumb question that will never be answered. That question is... "How many licks does it take to get to the tootsie roll center of a tootsie pop?" People eat things at their own pace, so there will never be a correct answer for that.

laugh.gif I use to have a lot of people do that to me for some odd reason, then my dad switch to all cell phones, no house phone. Problem solves :D

I'm sure I've had my share of stupid questions, but I can't really think of any...I guess its just those situations where you had to be there..

LMFAO.

Ummm... well I ask a lot of stupid questions, not on purpose though.

Like I was at the doughnut store and I was trying to find the price of one of the donuts and I was like

"What's the name of that one?" *points*
"The roll?"
"Yeah, that one."
...

But yeah, my brother once asked me "What animal lays the biggest eggs? Oh an elephant, duh." He was like 10.

Oh yeah and once someone asked me if I was Vietnamese and then asked if my parents were Vietnamese.
