at this year's fourth of july international hotdog eating contest, Joey Chestnut beat previous winner Takeru Kobayashi by eating 66 hotdogs in 12 minutes...that it really sick

Wow he beat him? Oh so that's what his name was? I remember that Japanese dude came here to do the contest. And I guess that's his name Takeru Kobayashi. He's fast. o.O I wouldn't ever do it, espicially dipping in water to make it swallow faster. Water hotdog = nasty =/

Yeah..I think the whole thing is really yuck though.
Kobayashi suffered from a jaw injury though..and he can only open his mouth the size of a finger tip due to intense training, he has jaw arthritis sad.gif

Yeah, I heard about that! Oh well, I think Kobayashi and Chestnut did pretty good and it looked close.

I watched this with a mix of disgust and hilarity and didn't cheer when Joey Chestnut won. Which makes me feel like a traitor, because we come from the same damn city.
