can't show friends and comments in div layout Options

I am new to making divs and i can't figure out how to show my friends and comments. Is there an all-over code to use for that b/c each code that i have tried to use doesn't work.

♥ Well, I am 23, I just graduated from NIU after being a super-senior as I call it (5 years of college- not because I'm dumb, but I kept changing my major- which is kinda dumb, nonetheless). I hope to be some sort of hydrology researcher with my Bachelor's degree, but right now I am getting another internship under my belt for my resume. We'll see what happens at the end of the summer.
Let's see... I have found my true love or my true love has found me, took about a year, but I came around. We will be moving in together soon, a nice place with the big bucks I make (hopefully).
