guess where i have a good chance of going for a vacation this summer?

FORKS, WASHINGTON.

yeah, you "twilight series" fans? yeah? is that not exciting?
(for those who haven't read it, it's where the story of the fiction series takes place. and from what i hear, it's absolutely beautiful.)
i really hope my parents have a definite yes. so far, they have absolutely no problem. i'm sorting out the technical little details, like airports and hotels and such.

it's a great feeling. it's like...envisioning and knowing of a place, a surreal setting, in your brain, and then SEEING it. in real life.
it's going to be awesome, i know it.


so...to turn this into something purposeful,
have you ever imagined or familiarized a place in your mind (i.e. like in a fictional story) and then saw the place in real life?
or,
have any of you twilight fans BEEN to forks?
any advice, or good specific sites to go to? :3

Well, not really a fictional story I guess, but just hearing and seeing so much about a place and finally going there.

For example, I'm a huge fan of the tv show CSI: Las Vegas, and I went there for the first time 2 years ago and that was pretty cool.

Lol i've imagined white water rafting, and imagined it to be very tough. I went this summer and it wasn't as hard as I thought, but was still amazing.
