I was wondering how would you get Christina Millians look in this video

Trying to look good for freshmen orientation? Nice..
Basically, you just put on your foundation, concealer, powder, whatever you do to make your face look flawless. Then, you just get a smoky eye. There's plenty of videos on youtube that teach you how.
