bad practice experiences., stuff coaches do on the first day of practice scare people off.

this is for the stuff that you do in practice
that makes you so sore
and you tell EVERYONE about to make them feel sorry for you;

i have two.
they're both for swimming

the first one is when we have to swim fifties, (two laps) and can only breath when we start and after the first 25. and we do those over and over and over. say well do like ten. and EVERYONE has to do them right for it to count.

and the OTHER one..
is when we do one-lap sprints, get out, and do lunges around the pool.
for like, 20 minutes.

haha, i've got one for this.
in kungfu..

instructor takes us all outside to the parking lot.
"Run."
everyone stares quizzically, waiting for however many laps or for how many minutes
"... until I say stop. go!"

Ch, you know you guys love being able to do that stuff. I never joined a sport. I'm lazy and out of shape.

^^ ha ha, i gave up on sports too. meh, i walk 20 kms a day, thats good enough
