[Request] Myspace Layout Options

I'm not sure if anyone can help or even if requests are allowed here but this seems to be the right place to ask. I was wondering if someone could do the basic coding for a layout like the one below, obviously the image below will be the whole layout image once I've fully edited it but at the moment its just outlines. What I'm having a problem with is how to position text for the navigation and the about me. The side panel will only contain a Last.fm flash widget of the songs I listen to. I tried myself but it didn't come out to good

Its to much to ask but what I'm asking is if somebody could code the basics of the layout like the position of the text and the Last.fm widget.

Hope somebody could help me.
