I used to have some meat on me but after working 2 jobs for a while and not having enough sleep, my appetite has been almost demolished. Thing is I've had a high metabolism and always been active. But I've lost about 10-15 lbs. (and I used to be 130 lbs.) and I feel so drained/weak energywise and my mind feels so durr. Please help me.

(1) Protein- You need to ingest at least 0.6 to 1 g per POUND per day. In your case, you're looking at about (115*.6) 69-115 grams of protein per day. The easiest way to take in that much protein is to procure some flavored whey.
(2) Furthermore, you HAVE to make time to go to the gym. Without exerting your muscles, gaining weight (at least lean muscle mass) is going to be nearly impossible. |

Just make sure you consume more calories than you burn off, but make sure they're lean calories. like, red meat and starchy vegetables, not doughnuts and potato chips.

Eating more junk food will wear you down even more. ... "Imitation is the highest form of flattery" Is that from The Office? Haha, when Dwight is talking to Jim in the Product Recall episode? If not, sure reminded me of it, haha. |

I can relate. It's the summer and I'm not currently taking dance classes, and I really don't want to start to lose weight
![]() But from what I've heard, working your muscles and getting lot's of protein is what will help you gain weight. |

I suppose just add a few hundred calories to your regular intake. If you go to a gym or something, I think they can measure how many calories you need everyday to remain the same weight. Just add 150+ to that number.

Few things to buy: Flax seed oil (liquid form or cold pressed capsules) Fish oil (cold pressed capsules) Multi-vitamins (make sure to eat a meal before taking them) Bee pollen (eat 1 spoonful or mix 1 spoonful into a shake or even grape juice once a day), Diet (eat a lot of protein, carbs, and healthy fats, stay away from saturated fat) Rice (preferably brown or yellow) Poultry (chicken/turkey) Fish (Salmon/Tilapia) Beef (lean steak/ground beef) Beans (Any sort of beans is good) Eggs (Yolk to White = 1:1, meaning, eat two eggs minimum, 1 with yolk 1 without yolk, you can also add milk to make scrambled eggs fluffy) Vegetables Fruits (Peaches, apples, bananas, strawberries, but a lot of strawberries) Peanuts (Cashew preferably) Salads (try to add spinach leaves in there) Dairy (Milk, cheese, cottage cheese, healthy milk shakes with fruits like bananas) Water (drink 1 gallon of water each day, at least) Natural juice (grape, apple, orange) Electrolytes (gatorade/powerade) Extra supplements: Protein powder Creatine (make sure you're active) Weight Gainer (make sure you're active) Sleep for a minimum of 8 hours max 10 hours Eat 5-8 meals a day (Eat every 2.5 - 3 hours) Calorie intake: No less than 3000 calories Congrats, I just basically gave you a professional diet which would cost someone $200 for a trainer to tell them how to diet properly |
