I <3 Matching. And I like to wear popped polo's and hats. Is that okay that I like to dress nice no matter what? I mean girls out of school say they like it, but people in school think Im a tool for dressing this way. My mom always told me to dress nice *shrug*

Typical day fallish/spring/summer

wrinkly under long sleave >.<

Typical winter clothes to school

do my friends just dont like my style? or do not like style at all.

Man, talk about flashy.

RULE 1: Don't spend more time getting dressed than you do studying.
RULE 2: Don't spend more time getting dressed than a girl does.
RULE 3: If your friends are questioning you, you need to f**kin` tone that shit down

i think you'd look a lot less tool-esque if you put your collar down.

i like the winter clothes, though.

It's kind of a necessity at my school to dress nice. Actually, I think it's worse with the boys at my school. Who can get the craziest colored Bapes to match, or the freshest new outfit, or the hottest new pair of shoes. If you roll up to school looking like a bum, it'd probably be the story of the day. mellow.gif

Girls are pretty competitive too though.

None of those outfits really look like you're overdressing except maybe the second to last one. Hey you know what looks good on you. Tell your friends to stop hating.

I don't think it's overdressing. A lot of guys dress like that at school here, too. It's kind of an unwritten rule to dress somewhat "nicely" at our school to kind of show off, I guess.

I have to say I agree. It's not bad really...the popped collar could go, but meh. Its fine.

At my old high school, we had uniforms soo....yeah. But at uni, I've noticed its pretty split..some dress up a lot, some scrub it out. As for me? It depends on my mood.

nah i think you're style looks good. who cares what your friends think, as long as you look good- what should it matter? as long as you don't get cocky, i don't see why it should matter.

as for me, it all depends on my mood. if i feel like dressing up, then i will. but theres some days when i just don't care, and go out in scrubs.

There's nothing wrong with dressing nicely, though the only picture I like is the last and I'd take off the cap and put on a beanie. But obviously, we have different tastes so that's fine :)

YOU WEAR PINK dribble.gif you don't seem too dressed up; maybe it's just the area i live in but most guys dress similarly so i don't think its a big deal. besides, i'd much rather see a guy overdressed than look like a bum.

I like it. I say dress however you want. Probably the only reason people don't like your style of dress is because to them, it's just school. No need to dress nicely and all that. But if you want to, go for it. If they wanna' be a bum or whatever, let 'em be. _smile.gif

It doesn't really matter as long as you feel comfy? A lot of the guys here dress like that to school, too. I dress up sometimes because I have nothing better to do in the morning, but I got kind of lazy so I didn't sometimes. There's nothing wrong with it.

I think the only thing I have a problem with is make-up. (I doubt you would have a problem with that since you're a guy..) A lot of the girls put it on incorrectly and it looks horrible. sick.gif

i dress nice because it makes me feel better and more confident. don't listen to what your friends say. if you like dressing like that then go for it because fashion is art and a way to express how you feel.!

I like the popped collar...maybe that's cuz I pop my collar. haha. I definitely dress to impress. At college, you won't be able to catch me walking around in sweatpants and a t-shirt unless I'm inside my dorm, or if I'm doing my laundry. I definitely don't think that it's too much.

I don't like your style. It's what we, French speaking Belgians call 'Fashion victim' ... then again, it's your body. Do as you please.

Your outfits look fine to me.
A lot of guys dress like you do around here.
Guranteed if you walk into school like that everyday your gonna be popular.
Basically everyone judges you on what you wear.

Its exactly like that at my school. Alot of the people in my school are spoiled slobs that wont like you if you wear the same pair of clothes more than twice. They'll complain to someone "oh ..um.. didn't you wear that last week?" _dry.gif

Maybe its just that the people in your school don't know how to dress. By the way, I like how you match your bathroom towels in that one pic thumbsup.gif . It's good to have your own style ^^. A lot guys at my school dress like that.

dress what you like
personally, i really like the second to last outfit, even though some might say it's too dressy

i don't really see why it should matter... people should dress the way they like
