I'm really not a big fan of giving unless I get some in return, thats my policy. But honestly, its not all that fun...though it is kinda fun watching the guy get off. I dunno, I usually don't do it if asked, 'cus I feel its rather degrading...but if I really feel like making him orgasm quickly, then giving oral is the easiest thing to do.
