so i'm chilling at this guys condo for like a month or so almost every weekend now. we're a bunch of highschool buddies and just enjoy drinking and hanging out pretty much. sometimes we'll bring some guests or a gang of girls over and liven it up a bit. so i'm drinking as usual enjoying being single and my friends start telling me about this really hot girl at the party who likes me. they have no real evidence of this but assure me that i should make a move (i'm very skeptical at this point).

so a moment ago i was just enjoying being drunk and watching tv and now i have to worry about making myself presentable for this girl who i don't even know if she likes me [pause for breath] i'm getting little to no signals from her that she has any interest, and i'm really not the kind of guy to go hands over knees after a girl who i haven't received any signals from. she is a real genuine kind person and not at all slutty from what i've observed thus far, also the girl is really hot, as i've stated before, but golly gee wizz i'm shooting in the dark and don't want to f**k this up.

i'm not looking for advice (working it out in me head) and pretty much just wanted to vent this, but advice is still appreciated. please share a story if you have one.

If you haven't talked to her very much, maybe you should try talking to her more at these parties? That way you two will get to know each other, and she will have more chances to give you "signals" if she really does like you.

First, sober up! If you'd like to get to know her, I think you should at least try to let her *ehem* physical appearance get in the way. Drop her a line. Give her a compliment and take it slow from there. It would be nice if you were to go up to her and say, "Excuse me miss, but I think you're very beautiful." ok so i saw her today. we were with a friend of mine and two of her friends. her friend clarified to me today that she liked me, so i'm like alright at least i'm not going off a rumor. we played mini golf and lazer tag. i gave her the high five after we were done and she totally left me haning, not like a joke, but completely ignored me. though we were both avoiding eye contact i'm getting the "closed" vibe. why the hell would someone who likes you leave you hanging, i hate little girls who play games - if she's shy that's one thing but i dunno. i'm gonna give it a solid effort next time we meet up but if she doesn't hit me back im gonna assume she's not interested. thx for the tips i'll try every single one cuz she is really hot lol.

Just go for it. I think its typical for this kinda shit to happen because all my boys do that shit to me too and I do it to them, back and forth for kicks sometimes. It all really comes down to " What the f**k do you have to lose ", especially a random girl from a party..
