resizing pictures for div layous |

I'm using a div layout (and i have the basic html knowledge to use one). Most of the time, I choose simple DIVs but the one I like has a scrolling marquee for friends. The sample pictures in the marquee look to be like 100 x 100. How and in what program can I resize the photos I want to use in the marquee to fit?

Well resizing images that are smaller to a bigger size makes them lose quality and makes them look horrible. If you wanted a program, I would suggest Irfan View because it is free to download. If that doesn't work out, I would just add width="XXXpx"height="XXXpx" after the img tag. ( <img src=""width="XXXpx"height="XXXpx"> )
