Gawd. Is it not normal to talk in a public bathroom?
Like today me and my friend went to the loo to do our thing. We stood like 2 stalls away from each other [is that normal to?] and I started to talk about finals being over. Then he was like "why the hell are you talking to me?" and I was like "What a doushe"  I donno. Both girls and boys. Is there like a code were you're not suppose to talk to each other while peeing? I watch them do it in so much dramas and anime I find in natural. But now i'm like scared to talk in bathrooms.... |

I don't think it's that weird, 'cause sometimes my friend and I do it, but we always end up laughing afterwards. I don't know, we find it really funny for some reason. It's even more funny and awkward if there's someone else there.

^Yeah, it is kind of like a man law. Thats the same way it is with the guys at my school, we don't talk while using the restroom.

and sometimes i talk to my friends in the bathroom, but sometimes they find it pretty weird and tell me to stop talking to them

like they drag me into there JUST to talk. it's like - why can't you do that outside? |

I would think its ackward if the stalls are not right next to each other especially if other people are in there. I hate yelling over just to talk. But otherwise I usually do talk to my friends so yea.

No, i don't talk when I'm in the stalls. I just like to do my business and wash my hands and leave. Restrooms around here aren't really safe.

yah, it was a little awkward for me in the beginning, but then it kinda became natural. i still feel weird at times because then i suddenly start picturing them peeing- haha & ew.
and i'm not a big fan of hearing people pee. (but who is anyway?) most especially doing number 2. speaking of that, my mom and i passed a mens restroom once and heard the loudest "air-fart" and doodoo droppings.. it was so disgusting and hilarious. we couldn't hold our laughs so he probably heard us when we were walking away. |

When I'm in our school's large restroom, there's these same two girls that always run into the bathroom talking very loudly - one shoves the other into a stall, slams the door and then takes the one next to her. Then all I hear for the next couple of seconds is their shreiking voices (mainly cussing and nonsense
 It scares me everytime!But sometimes when my buddy and I are talking about something we find "important" and then we go to the restroom, the conversation drops a couple seconds after our stall doors shut. So, it's safe to say that talking while using the restroom for me is...  Interesting topic! lol |
