background image ONLY Options

all i want to do is add a background image to my myspace page and i dont want to change any thing else. i dont know how to do that without changing everything. i tried <style> background-image url (whatever the link was)</style> or something along those lines but it didn't work. anyone know a code to use so i dont have to change everything? this is what i want:

yeah, i think you did something wrong, but it looks neat but if you dont mind posting your code because you probably didnt edit that part right, like Maestro posted.
