You don't seem to realize that not only are you not helping those starving little kids by sending aid, but you're doing them harm.

This isn't even news. Africa has been like this forever.

To make things simple for those who don't get why money doesn't help them:

We send money -> Money goes to African governments -> Money goes into the pockets of corrupt rulers and none goes to national development.

I know that's what you meant, and I'm just saying that Africa can't possibly deny aid due to their pride, as they aren't making any choices about aid at all. The aid never gets to them, so they can't possibly revoke it.
