Please help show me how to do these., using photoshop Options

First of all, what image program do you use? we kinda need to know that to help you out better.

Anyway, there are many filters that one can use to accomplish the colors and blur that you desire... but once again, it'd be nice to know what program you use.

the "yangchenlin" might be a font. maybe try posting it on the font section and see wut kind of results u may get back...

the flower one, to me, looks like red-coloured brushes with added stuff on it to make it look like that. the tree branch might be drawn from scratch. otherwise, the pen tool is your friend (but it's my enemy. -SOB- I CANT USE ITTT) to draw anything. might wanna ask whoever made that for a confirmation.

the blur is in the tutorial
just duplicate the layer & then for the duplicated one, go to filter>>blur>>gagussian blur (or whatever. i dont have photoshop on and my memory sucks) and set it to a radius that's like 2-5 and set the blurred layer on overlay or softlight or whatever you want that looks good.

the circle one... it could be a circle brush set on multiply or something. it might not, i'm just thinking on top of my head :P

for the rainie banner, it looks like it could be done with layer masking. there's a tutorial explaining on how to do that.
i THINK what they did is typed what they wanted exactly.. pressed ctrl+t to turn it the way they wanted. then with whatever tool *i'm guessing rectangle tool lol* made a rectangle around it, and layer masked it.

ohh..it seem hard..me too.>!! im soo suck at pen tool..anything related to pen...i give up..i try my best on pen but it never work on me..>_<..so it seem really hard i guess i can do these if there's actual tutorial because i'm still not that good at photoshop..>_<
the blur i check out those tutorial already, but the pic doesnt look like the pic that i post up here though..>_<

There are many different blur filters - I used Photoshop CS2, and don't have access to it at this time, so I can't tell you exactly where they are located... but if you search "blur" in the help topics, I'm sure you'll find it.

ANYWAY, the reason yours don't look like the ones you posted is because the colors were treated and probably a different blur filter was used.

The first picture
If you have Illustrator, this would be REALLY easy. But, if you don't there is always another option. Just experiment with you brushes until you find one that looks like a watercolor (there is one... I'm just not sure what number it is). They paint a black stem... this really just requires a steady hand. Then create a new layer for the flowers. Choose your color, and lower the hardness on your brush. Then "splotch" your flowers.

This is fairly simple. All they did was type whatever they wanted (the styles are specific fonts), and then they added a texture layer set on the blend mode of "overlay." To find GREAT textures, visit http://hybrid-genesis.net 's freebie section.

Make the rectangle with the rectangle selection tool, create a new layer (don't deselect) and fill it in with white. Then create your text & put it over the rectangle exactly how you want it. Right click the text layer and press "resaturatize layer." hold ctrl and click on the text's layer thumbnail and then click on the white rectangle's layer. hit delete and then select the text layer and delete it or make it invisible. I think that's how you should do it. My comp. with photoshop was taken away so I can't test.
