RESIZE??, without pixelating.

can any one resize this with out making it all pixelated?
or does anyone know how?
i'd like it about 800x800.

in any program, that much of a magnification will come out pixellated.

I think blurring it a bit might make it look a bit less pixelly, but it's really hard to fix a resized image that's magnified back to its normal look.

.... its known to just about everyone who designs or starting that resizing a pic thats uber small to uber large will result in a mess...

blurring is will make it look ok... but the detail will be gone same with resizing it

ur better off not resizing it and finding a bigger pic similar to it
