I met this guy and we got really close... I really like him alot and so does he... He says that he's worried about hurting me because somehow he always ends up doing it... Also he doesn't know what to do because he just got out of a really long realtionship and he kinds of wants a break, but he also wants to be with me... I don't know if I should move on and stop hoping that we'll go out and move on... or try to work it out...

Same thing happened with me, I came out of a relationship and literally like 4 days later I was going on a date with Kaitlin (current girlfriend), we had a long discussion before we were officially boyfriend/girlfriend because I didn't really want a relationship, I'm glad I went with her though, I say go for it.

well, i would wait but at the same time be kind of browsing i guess you could say for someone else. if he doesn't want to be in a relationship at the moment then there's really nothing you can do about it. you can talk to him and be friends with him in hopes that you can change his mind if you really like him though. :) does any of that make sense? lol ah well:)

just give the guy some time. relationships can be exhausting both mentally and emotionally, so if he just got out of a long one then give him some time to have a breather. If he really likes you you'll eventually be together. in the meantime you can enjoy his company without all the comitments attached :)

I say go for it but at the same time take things slow.. You dont want to rush him into anything he doesn't want.. I agree with this. You can either get with im but don't things real slow. Plus it gives you time to get to know him more and have fun at the same time. Or be friends for now and wait. I don't believe in looking for others while in this sort of situation. Why? Because then your attention is somewhere else and that can sometimes decide outcomes. If you truly like him then wait. Also ask him if he truly wants to be in a relationship with you. If the answer is yes, then wait for him. One person can make all the difference, there worth waiting for. |
