I don't think thats possible for normal profiles or simple user made profiles for the matter. They were earlier I believe advertised by myspace (not positive but I think so) I don't think thats a feature available to just anyone. I could be wrong but I doubt it.

As Toya (freeflow) said, that myspace was indeed advertised by myspace, which is why it's different from a regular myspace. Because myspace blocks iframes, it is impossible to feature others' comments on your page.

You can do it in flash. Although that would require you to know how to do the whole flash comments.
