So who else here can code in PHP, ASP, MYSQL, and all other server-side good stuff?

Im pretty good as PHP and ASP however some of the technical SQL stuff confuses the hell out of me.

I used to be really good at that kind of stuff, but after I stopped working on my website (mostly because of time) I forgot a lot of stuff. To me, it's one of those things that you have to keep doing and building onto.

I tried to learn PHP and just kind of gave up, 'cause I really didnt care enough to learn.

programming is like learning any language. the only way to learn is by using it, and the more you use it, the more easier it will come to you. =)

I only know a small tiny portion of PHP. I haven't really attempted to sit down and learn it.

I'm familar with ASP.net 2.0, still need to read up on some things, plus I can't run the latest version of Visual Basic on this computer. Still haven't got the Microsoft Service Pack 2. As far as PHP goes, I could probably pick up on it quick if it is as Mipadi said in that one thread being similar to C because im pretty good at C and C++.

I'm pretty good with PHP, and I know my way around MySQL well enough. I plan to read up more on programming though, this summer that way I can learn more about management of my dad's servers.

I'm pretty addicted to PHP. I just started learning about it not too long ago but I'm getting used to it. If you just keep doing things with PHP, you would learn more.
