hover changes the picture |

I want to know how to make it so that when I hover over a picture, it will change to a different picture on a div layout. When you hover over an image, it'll change to a different image, and it's different for each image you hover over. So it's some sort of code you have to do for each picture link. I've seen it done on a few div layouts before. Anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance.
