graphics doesnt belong in this section i think. theres a lot of useful stuff in the graphics forum. just make sure you have something like PSP or PS.

u'll need a paint program such as paint pro shop or paintshop.. u can dl those programs at www.download.com or somthing

i recommend you to use macromedia fireworks. it's very easy to use. if you want to be an expert...try using photoshop.

Yeah... use one of the imaging/paint programs described here. Then, go to the Webdesign -> Tutorials section for tutorials on making banners.

Just go with adobe photoshop, surf through tutorial sites until you see something you like, and build around it. Inspirations are hard to come by (at least for me.)

ummmmmm, first you go to look and feel, then go to banner, and put in what settings or controls that would make your site to your liking.
