I just found these on my computer

Goodbye

Why did I take this from you
all those hurtful things you do
I actually believed when you said you loved me
that I was really what you wanted me to be.

It was so obvious that I was in pain
I wanted to know why you were playing mind games
I let you make me feel bad
and that’s what makes me so sad.

Yet all those times we were together
I wanted to forget the things you said forever
Whenever you held me in your arms
I felt so far away from harm

But now I’m tired of always being there for you
I just want to leave whenever you say were thru
I realize now I can never live up to what you expect
I truly wish that I could just forget.

All these wishes and dreams are out the window
because I think its time to let them and you go
I’m done with taking this from you
all those hurtful things you do.

Even tho I will always love you
right now, we are thru
The only thing left to say before I cry
is just Goodbye.

Kiss

Everyone always says
A kiss is just a kiss
But if it’s just a kiss
Then why do I have such bliss

I never knew I could feel
Countless things at once
These emotions hit me hard
There is love, happiness, passion, lust

From one single instant
Just a moment in time
All of my reasoning 
Is stolen like a crime

I’ve experienced this sensation
Numerous times before
Yet I still can’t understand why
If it’s just a kiss, it has so much allure

Thankyou

I’m not the person I was before
I can’t even begin
People say that I’m smiling more
I feel something stirring within

You did this to me
I can’t explain how
But I feel free
Like I am truly happy now

I just wanted to thank you
As you can see
I took a chance on you
And you took a chance on me
