No, I'm afraid there's no such specific function.
If you're talking about making your text bold, that's under the text tool. If you're talking about getting your pictures to be vibrant . . . I suggest you play around with the adjustments section of your program. Photoshop has something called levels that works wonders on pictures. As the person above said though, it is best to post a specific example so the advice isn't so general. |

The Selective Colouring layers in photoshop can really make your picture seem, uh, bold.

i use psp and yeah i want to make the picture look vibrant.like the color seems different not as it seems in regular pictures.
