its ok, but the image quality is horrible, and you have to leave the artisits credits on the image (i happen to know the origional creator of the picture) and it doesnt really go together....

The picture doesn't go with the layout cause it's kinda white and the layout is all.. pink and black. So you could edit the picture so its pinky like your layout. Oh yeah, did you check anti-alias when you made the background? It'd look better if it was smoother. Also, the stars at the top don't match. Umm.. 7/10
