Hey everybody!
I just recently want to get back in shape.
for this summer and horseback riding.

I have some things to point out:
1. I have a resent injury to my collar bone and shoulder area.
2. cant do pull push-ups unless on knees or on the wall.
3. somtimes i have trouble with keeping my own pace!!!!
4. I love to get down and dirty and sweaty!!

please if anybody has a plan or does. please tell me .
i would love it!
and i would like suggestions!

thanks so much!

Jo

im not understanding exactly what you want from us.

ohh, you want us to create a workout for you?

1) we dont know your workout type
2) we're not doctors so we cant tell you whats actually good for you (with your injuries)
3) are you actually that lazy to ask us to come up with a routine when youre the one that knows your own body the best??...

Er yeah, we have no indication of how fit you are...

You could always start by running + walking just a little bit 5-6 times a week? It's hard to say how much, when we don't know what your body is capable of, but I'd say run a comfortable, consistant distance for yourself and then increase by a little bit weekly, until you've built up to at least a mile or more...

Start off in intervals of running/jogging/walking:
- Short period of walking
- Medium period of jogging
- Short period of sprinting.

As time goes on, decrease the walking time and increase the sprinting time.

A good jog every day is good. I'm not sure what kind of workouts toward your upper body you could do, but for your lower body you can do some wall sits, maybe ride a bike?
