comments in DIV Options

A friend of mine made me a DIV but the comments are not showing up in the scroll box where there suppose to show, I looked through the codes and couldnt find the problem.
And also... in firefox it looks fine but in IE its all off to the side and down to far.
If anyone could help me with this I would be really appreciate it.

First of all, why are you stealing my bestfriend's Layout? You're such a thief, that's why you can't figure this whole thing out. What's really lame about this whole thing is - you still have her music on your page. Use your brain and make your own layout. If you can't make one, request for one or ask her permission before you use it. I bet that you're sitting in front of your computer for hours and trying to figure out the codes and etc., Perhaps, you were probably stalking her over and over in order to make your layout happen. See how much time you've wasted? My advice for you is, use your brain and make your own layout, don't be a thief, and shame on YOU!!!
