When I was younger, I always wondered when I'd really start living. It was constantly changing. When I got my first crush. When I got to middle school. When I got to high school. My first loss. Now I'm thinking that I might really start when I get my license.

I know that sounds ridiculously dumb, to think that 'real life' would start so late, but I guess I've always looked for a sign, some huge signal that says "REAL LIFE STARTS HERE." I always think that when I get older, I'll look back and say "There, at that very moment, that's when I started really living."

I know exactly what you mean. It still hasn't hit me yet, I keep waiting. I thought it'd be this year when I started university, but nah...not quite.

Life can begin for someone at more or less any age. Depends on what you define as that moment.

Oh, i get that feeling all the time.
I used to think when I turned 13, but then I changed it to when I turned 16, and then I changed it 'till when I get into college- but I think I'll never be quite sure of when my life really 'starts'.

You start living at the moment of conception. If you think you need something special or to own nice things to be alive, then that's pretty f**king sad.

I guess i've never really thought about it. I don't think there's a defining moment of "this is when life starts". My life is just... life. My own life is my difining moment tongue.gif

I think some people get so caught up in trying to "live" or "be alive", that they miss it completley. They get so worked up about stuff, and dont even let themselves enjoy what they already have.

I've been really living, I mean REALLY living since I was little. It's wonderful.
Well.. thats my 2cents. idk if it even makes any sense at all, but w/e. hahaha

You'll know when it happens, you can't miss it. It's an unmistakable feeling.

I wonder that too. I think for me, it'll be when I leave this house.
I want to feel life sweeping through my body (=

I think my life began the moment the judge told me "you are now legally emanciapated".

Then it started to get better as of yesterday with that phonecall from "the man" himself.
