'Kay so I wanna do something with my hair. Not really get it cut, but maybe a different way or styling it or I'm definatly open to coloring.
I have 4 bright ass blonde streaks in my hair kind of underneath so they can be colored and the rest of my hair can be colored. heres a pic of me (excuse the ugly)  I was thinking maybe like streaks of color in my bangs..? or something along those lines. |

random black streaks with razored ends and part your hair differently
or leave the top three-quarters of your hair blond and dye the bottom quarter black.. or just the tips black or leave the top layer of your hair blond and dye the bottom layers black/dark brown or blunt bangs and black tips streak your hair with any unnatural looking color (there's some sort of liquid stuff that looks like lip gloss that you put in your hair for colors like blue red and green) and crimp random parts of your hair? I think you should part your hair to the side, and get some side-swept bangs. Then you get layers, and at around shoulder-length. Also, get a straight perm (or straighten it yourself) and it would be pretty cute. Oh, adding black or red highlights would be cute too.

It depends on what kind of look you want.. Like, girly, or kind of messy.. IDK. My hair was natural blonde on top and black on the bottom and I occassionally put red streaks in my bangs, but now it`s like, red with black on the bottom.

Do ya'll think it would look good if I bleached the underside of my hair and dyed is some color... like pink or something?

Layers and longer sideswept bangs would look amazing on you. As far as color a light auburn for a base with black undertones would look cool.
