How do you make text angle to a certain angle?

Moved to graphic help. You use a graphics program and transform the text. If you have photoshop you just hit CTRL T and then use your mouse to turn it sideways.

yeah, if its photoshop just use the free transform tool to angle out text which is like Toya said CTRL T
