In general, do you like things the way they are, or do you obsess with changing things so that you left an impact?

I don't really care if it's something minor.
If I see a big problem, I'd probably try my best to fix/change it. |

I mean, do you like making sure you've left your mark on something?

I think a little from column A and a little from column B. I think obsessed would be a little too drastic of a description. If I see that there's a problem, I'll try to do my best to make sure it gets fixed, but I don't do it for the sole purpose of making my mark, or having myself or my name attached to some major fix. I do it to help, when I can and when I am able. From an outside of cB perspective, I'll always try to find ways to improve upon certain processes, but I wouldn't necessarily consider myself as trying to find fixes. I'm not terribly fond of being in the spotlight either, so you will not see anything with my name splattered across it. |

Well, I like change, but not really for the sake of leaving a mark or whatever... I mean, no harm in trying something, and more often than not you can go back, so I like to try things out.

I don't think we should fear change.

change is constant. these people will make changes or leave an impact on cB even if they don't mean to.
for better or worse. |

Change can be good or bad. It all depends on the situation. If things don't need changing, then I don't really worry about it but it can be out of one's hands most of the time. *shrug*
