layout centering help, cant get it in all resolutions

Okay so thats my coding...what am i doing wrong? it works fantasic in a 1280x800 resolution but not in a 1024x768 resolution! I'm not happy about it either! if you have any ideas please throw them at me! thanks so much!

In your div coding you could always change it to left:center or you could try this code.
