Two Questions, GoDaddy Issues |

Hi all! Okay, my webbie is hosted by GoDaddy.com and they stuck this ugly banner across the top of the page, see: My Webbie and I dont know how to get rid of it. I want to use the some of the layouts from here and I cant seem to get rid of the banner. Rrg! Oh! And I want to add like a comment box for my blog posts and for just general stuff. I havent put in my CBox yet but I wanted like a comment form.
