when you use to navigation script....is there anyway to have a symbol show up only when u hover? like so :

I would think you would need to use images then. Like image rollovers. I may be wrong though.

horizontal or vertical navigation (it does matter)?... and yes it is possible

horizontal...i got the script from here, but i just wanted to know if there was a way without having to make a background image
