ok. i want to know how to create glitters on photoshop cs. i don't mean animate it or anything. i mean jsut add the glitter effects and w.e
i use another program to animate things. :) anyone help?! |

So if this isn't an animation, you can simply use glitter brushes. :) Unless you're looking for a specific effect, and if you are, do you have an example?

Use glitter fills, it's easy.
Find a nice glitter fill you want, open it in an animation program. There will be 3-4+ slides and save each of them. Make you're text and fill it with the first glitter fill slide. Save. Now fill it with the 2nd glitter fill slide & save. Keep doing it until you got all the glitters. Now, go to animation program and put them together, and voila.
