Uhm, no, Irvine isn't the richest. There's rich communities in a lot of places but doesn't necessarily mean they're rich cities...

Obviously there's Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Malibu, Bel Air, etc.
But Orange County is one of the richer counties i think.

Dunno if this has anything to do with Asians.

My friend's cousins live in Irvine. The houses there are pretty big in contrast to other houses. But I agree, Beverly Hills would be one of the richest cities/parts of CA. I live in Antioch, a suburb xD.

^ Yea, I doubt it. You should put into perspective that there are many nice parts of a certain city, it doesn't make it the richest.

To tell you the truth, we've pretty much been all over L.A. and Orange County. XD.gif Uhh.. we went to the Pier.. Santa Ana (Trish lives there), Cerritos (obviously), Chino Hills (Jason lives there), downtown, Hollywood, Irvine, Anaheim, El Monte, and we're in Azusa at the moment. XD.gif

Santa Ana is nice. Or was it Santa Anita.. Well, whatever. They're both kinda nice. Monterey Park is close to El Monte! I always found it to look ghetto. Especially when I went there Sunday.

V Yes. ohmy.gif Wait, where do you live?

Yeah, I have to say that Irvine isn't the richest either.

Like above said, even Newport Beach beats it.

I think the rich areas are mostly in Beverly Hills (duh), Santa Monica, San Marino, Arcadia, Altadena, and and the beaches at Orange County.

I moved from Irvine to Pittsburgh in late July. It's not at all the richest area. It is, however, becoming one of the most overdeveloped areas in Orange County.

Median rent seems to be around 2000.00 for a 2 bedroom apartment (no yard).
