how you make pictures clear like not so blurry like the picture above? or is it just the camera she uses?

If you're dealing with a blurry picture, it's really difficult to make clear.
You could try "Sharpening" the image, but if its too blurry, it wont help. _smile.gif

i'd say she probably has a nice camera. if you have a blurry image, you could always try sharpening like the person above me suggested.
or you could try a soft-glow effect.

Have a steadier hand. thumbsup.gif

Really though, she'd probably have the camera to thank for such a picture.

Once there's camera shake on a picture, there's little you can do to fix that. If you're talking about the quality of a picture, you can either go out and buy a more powerful camera or do some Photoshopping.

Sharpen.
