have a brush and apply it to the new image and in the new brush dat was apply to it have a pattern that ive made in it
like : i have a bubble brush can i put a pattern inside that brush so dat u can only see da pattern only inside da the bubbles |

In photoshop: Stamp the brush. Look at your layer palette (bottom right hand corner) click the "f" character. Go to Pattern Overlay.

 select your pattern, and then in your materials pallete, make sure you've selected to use the pattern. |
