well..are you starting to have really warm weather there? because when your body is hot, it cools itself by perspiring so drink lots of water. &&i suggest you use dove deodorant. it works really well for me.

I know this is really weird. When it's hot.
What I do is go to the bathroom probably every time I am able to go to my locker. I go to the sink and just wash my hand under cold water or take a paper towel and damp my head. Put it over my forehead to cool me down. For the smell, I bring small bottle of perfume. Edit //: I use deodorant. |

Maybe it's just what you eat. Have you had any change in your diet at all? I mean, most of the time: you are what you eat.

Ewwies. I think you're just inevitably becoming that smelly kid in class, doomed to a life of smelliness.

Maybe your clothes aren't very breatheable? Try wearing more natural fibers like cotton.

I've had this problem for a LONG time. I became obsessed with it...and the more obsessed I was, the more sweaty I became (I wasn't very smelly though, so that was good).
I used all sorts of deodorants to prevent sweating...until one day I just got sick of obsessing and worrying. I just told myself to stop worrying about it. Eventually I didn't sweat as much, if at all. I guess it was because I was getting way too stressed out about it. Stress makes you hot, which makes you sweat. Try and take deep breaths and think about icy things. |

I'd advise you to try using different deoderant. It's normal to sweat alot when you're a teenager but if you're worried try talking to someone you can trust like a sister, mum, auntie or someone older than you?
